Mr. Ramirez's career is a testament to his pioneering spirit and unwavering dedication. With over 20 years of patient care experience, he is one of the first CRNAs in the country and the sole practicing CRNA in New Mexico to have successfully completed a rigorous pain management fellowship. This unique achievement has led to his double-board certification by the nationally recognized Council on Accreditation. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from NMSU at Las Cruces, NM, and a Master of Science in Anesthesiology from Mount Marty University in Yankton, SD, where he completed residency training at numerous South Dakota, Iowa, and Nebraska sites. Additionally, he completed a specialty fellowship in Advanced Pain Management at the University of South Florida in Tampa, FL. Mr Ramirez's extensive experience includes safely administering over 30,000 general anesthetics and interventional pain management procedures, instilling confidence in his ability to cater to a vast population that includes neonates, adolescents, pregnant women, geriatrics, emergency surgeries, and acute & chronic pain patients.
Jose's commitment to his community is deeply ingrained. He is a third-generation native of this region, with his Grandfather and Father having made significant contributions to the community through their work for Stahmanns Farms and the former ASARCO smelter. This strong connection to the local community fuels his passion for serving it with the utmost regard, care, and respect.

Jill Freemyer, CNP, was born and raised in Illinois and relocated to the southwest over 20 years ago. She graduated from UTEP in 2007 with a Master of Science in Nursing and began her career as a nurse practitioner. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, she worked as a critical care nurse in the neuroscience ICU, surgical ICU, and general ICU. She then furthered her development through her roles as an operating room nurse, surgical first assistant, and nurse practitioner at a neurosurgical practice for almost twenty years. In these roles, she developed a deep understanding of patients with spinal conditions, managing their care from preoperative workups to post-surgical management.

Dr. Shannon Chavez, a native New Mexican, has been a resident of Las Cruces for 30 years. Shannon's journey in healthcare began with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from New Mexico State University in 2005. As a registered nurse, she gained diverse experience in the Intensive Care Unit, Long Term Acute Care, and Urgent Care settings. Recognizing the need for health education in her community, she returned to NMSU in 2020 and completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice Degree as a Nurse Practitioner. Shannon's unwavering passion for healthcare is evident in her dedication to getting to know her patients and guiding them toward healthier living choices. Her love for the outdoors, fishing, camping, and riding her AT reflects her commitment to a balanced lifestyle. Above all, Shannon's ultimate goal is to enhance the quality of life for the people she serves in her community.

Marisela Casas, a southwest native, has been a resident of El Paso since childhood. Her journey in healthcare began with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. She gained diverse experience in various patient care settings as a registered nurse. Recognizing the need for mental health education in her community, she returned to The University of Texas at El Paso. She completed her Master of Nursing Practice Degree as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Psychiatric Mental Health. Marisela's unwavering passion for healthcare is not just a profession but a personal commitment.

Brandy was born and raised in Silver City, New Mexico, and now resides in Las Cruces. She earned a degree in Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Chemical Dependency

Robert is a native of Albuquerque and grew up in Las Cruces. For many years, he has contributed his radiology expertise in the classroom/teaching setting, hospitals, and surgical centers in the southern New Mexico region.
