Jose Luis Ramirez
Mr. Ramirez, MSNA, CRNA-APRN, NSPM-C, is a fellowship-trained and board-certified professional in Anesthesiology and Interventional Pain Management, boasting over 22 years of experience in patient care. He is one of the first Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) in the United States to earn the NSPM-C credential and is currently the only practicing CRNA-NSPM-C in New Mexico. Additionally, he has achieved double board certification from the Council on Accreditation.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from New Mexico State University and a Master of Science in Anesthesiology from Mount Marty University, along with residency training in South Dakota, Iowa, and Nebraska. He completed a specialized fellowship in Advanced Pain Management at the University of South Florida.
With extensive experience administering over 30,000 general anesthetics and interventional procedures, Mr. Ramirez effectively serves a diverse patient population that includes neonates, adolescents, geriatrics, and patients with acute and chronic pain. As a third-generation native, his commitment to community service is inspired by his family's legacy with Stahmann's Farms and ASARCO.
Marisela Casas

Marisela Casas, a lifelong resident of El Paso, possesses deep roots in the Southwest. Her journey in the healthcare field commenced with the attainment of a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. As a registered nurse, she acquired extensive experience across a variety of patient care environments. Recognizing the imperative for enhanced mental health education within her community, she pursued further education at The University of Texas at El Paso. There, she earned her Master of Nursing Practice degree, specializing as a Nurse Practitioner in Psychiatric Mental Health. Marisela Casas's profound dedication to healthcare transcends mere professional obligation; it embodies a personal commitment to the well-being of her community.
Caroline McMillon
MSN, AGACNP-BC, APRN-CNP, CCRN
CarolineMcMillion is a dedicated healthcare professional originally from Indiana, where she embodies the Midwestern values of dedication, compassion, and resilience in her work. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Indiana University. She gained extensive experience as an ICU nurse, caring for critically ill patients during some of healthcare's most challenging times.
To expand her impact in the field, Caroline returned to Indiana University to earn her Master of Science in Nursing, specializing as an Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. She is committed to providing evidence-based, patient-centered care that helps individuals improve their function, find relief, and feel genuinely supported on their journey to wellness.
Nilda Martinez
M.S.N., AGACNP-BC, FNP-BC, RNFA
Nilda Martinez is a healthcare professional from El Paso. She graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso. Nilda has worked as a critical care registered nurse in the Intensive Care Unit at University Medical Center of El Paso. In 2016, she earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization as an Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. She also completed her Family Nurse Practitioner post-master's certification in 2024. Nilda has over nine years of experience in orthopedics and acute care.
Gina Torre

Gina Torre is a healthcare professional from El Paso. She has devoted the last ten years of her life to caring for patients in various nursing settings within the community. After completing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at UTEP, she immersed herself in hands-on nursing practice, gaining valuable experience before returning to further her education. Her growing passion for mental health inspired her to specialize as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, and she earned a post-master's certificate in Psychiatric-Mental Health from the University of Texas at Rio Grande Valley.

Alberto earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at El Paso. He also holds a Bachelor's degree in Sports Medicine with a minor in Biology and completed his Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner at the University of Phoenix. His focus includes preventive care, the management of acute and chronic conditions, and promoting overall wellness, with a particular emphasis on helping patients remain active and healthy. His background in sports medicine supports a practical, movement-focused approach to care and injury prevention. Daniel Del Toro is a proud U.S. Marine Corps veteran with a strong background in leadership and technical operations. Raised in West Texas, he carried on a family legacy of service by excelling in the military. He earned the rank of Corporal and a Certificate of Commendation for his outstanding performance as a quality control manager. In this role, he was entrusted with supervising teams, training personnel, and upholding strict safety protocols, which led to a flawless safety record and consistent promotions. Daniel's ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds is a major asset, ensuring those he serves feel heard and respected.
